Pete Flores Wins Run-off in State Senate District 19
Texas Wildlife Association is happy to share that Pete Flores won the run-off election in State Senate District 19 by over 2,000 votes.
State Senator-elect Flores is a former leader of Texas Parks and Wildlife’s statewide law enforcement division with strong ties to South and West Texas. Texas Wildlife Association CEO, David Yeates said, “We look forward to working with Senator Flores on wildlife and conservation matters across the state. We are excited about his career long service as a Texas Game Warden, and we look forward to his unique perspective that is sure to provide valuable insight on issues and initiatives that are crucial to Texas wildlife.”
As State Senator, Flores will represent the more than 800,000 persons living in Atascosa, Bexar, Brewster, Crockett, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Kinney, Maverick, Medina, Pecos, Real, Reeves, Terrell, Uvalde, Val Verde, and Zavala counties.
