SAN ANTONIO, TX - Texas Wildlife Association (TWA) and Texas Wildlife Association Foundation (TWAF) are excited to announce our goal to build a new, permanent home and headquarters, The David K. Langford Center. We have the plan, the land, and most of the funding in place, and we are looking forward to crossing the finish line on this milestone initiative.

TWA President, J. David Anderson said, “Since 1985, TWA has done so much good for all landowners, hunters, and conservationists in Texas.  Long overdue, it is now the time to have a place that we can finally call home.”

Over the past 33 years TWA and TWAF have served Texas wildlife and its habitat, while protecting property rights, hunting heritage, and the conservation efforts of those who value and steward wildlife resources. As established leaders for wildlife and wildlife managers and conservationists in Texas, we are extremely excited to take our organization to the next level by building a permanent headquarters.

“I’ve been a member of TWA since the late 1980s and have witnessed some great milestones that our organization has achieved, but none there are more exciting than this initiative of owning our own office facility. It’s not too late to join a proud group who is helping fund this campaign and have their name permanently recognized and displayed in the entry area.” Said TWAF President, Greg Simons.

In preparation of TWA and TWAF moving forward with this major project; TWAF Trustee, Steve Lewis stated, “TWA is ready for a brand new, first class headquarters building. We have rented for 33 years. This is your opportunity to help TWA build new roots to serve us for many years to come. Please step up and be a part of the capital campaign to complete the project. This building is going to be built. ”

We are making a difference for the land, water, wildlife, and great people of Texas, and we look forward to what the future holds for TWA and TWAF. Join us!
