Vote Yes on Prop. 1 and 14 in November

New Braunfels – On November 7, 2023, Texans have the important opportunity to protect our state’s agricultural and natural resources in the Texas Constitution.

Proposition 1, the Right to Farm and Ranch Amendment, protects the rights of landowners and lessees to engage in agricultural practices on their land.

In our rapidly changing state, Proposition 1 ensures a future for Texas’ rich agricultural economy. It protects our producers and agricultural land from undue local regulations that run counter to the traditional land uses that have made this state the cultural and economic powerhouse that it is today. It ensures future generations of Texans a right to farm, ranch and manage wildlife, and importantly, preserves our access to safe and affordable food.

Vote YES on Proposition 1.

Proposition 14, the Centennial Parks Fund, celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Texas State Parks system by establishing a $1 billion fund to secure new state parks for future generations of Texans to explore and enjoy—without any increase on taxes.

Access to the outdoors is important to building a land ethic among our growing population, and investments in our public lands ensure a future for Texas lands, waters and our way of life.

Vote YES on Proposition 14.
