New Braunfels, TX — The family-friendliest party in Texas returns to San Antonio July 10-12 as the Texas Wildlife Association (TWA) celebrates 40 years serving wildlife and landowners during the organization’s annual conference.

WildLife 2025 will be held at the luxurious J.W. Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Hunters, conservationists, wildlife managers, landowners and outdoor industry partners across Texas are invited to San Antonio to attend the workshops, dinners, auctions, vendor booths and networking opportunities offered at the annual event that attracts more than 1,500 attendees.

WildLife 2025 highlights include:

July 10
TWA’s twelfth annual Private Lands Summit will kick off the convention on Thursday, July 10 and focus on the life cycle of a renewable energy lease. Join us to hear from landowners, attorneys, biologists and industry experts on the various stages of wind and solar development, from scoping and siting, through negotiations, operation and decommissioning.

July 11
We are honored to host keynote speaker Dan Cabela for the Texas Wildlife Association Foundation Luncheon. Dan is a leader in global conservation and a passionate advocate for sustainable wildlife management. Hear Dan’s story during this very special opportunity at WildLife 2025.

July 12
Each year, TWA showcases partners and guests from a variety natural resource and conservation-based organizations and businesses. Additionally, presentations by agency, non-profit and educational partners will be of interest to landowners and outdoor enthusiasts alike, including a butchery and cooking seminar co-hosted by Jesse Griffiths (Dai Due and the New School of Traditional Cookery) and Josh Schwencke (Gastronomy Outdoors).

Other can’t-miss WildLife 2025 events include the past presidents panel hosted by TWA co-founder Larry Weishuhn, the Texas Big Game Awards celebration and the Grand Auction offering a variety of Texas-based hunts, vacation opportunities, jewelry and firearms.

As always, convention registration for children 12 and under is free. Key dates include June 18, the last day to take advantage of the J.W. Marriott room block and June 27, which is the last day for discounted early bird registration.
