How you can support the next generation of pollinators.
Pollinators play a vital role in our ecosystem, however there is more that goes into supporting pollinator populations than providing pretty flowers. On this episode of Wild at Work, we are joined by Elizabeth Tidwell. Elizabeth is the Small Acreage Landowner Extension Program Specialist for Texas A&M University AgriLife Research and Extension. She is going to dive into the role of pocket prairies, how you can create one in your backyard, and how a pocket prairie can provide pollinators with everything needed to thrive in urban and suburban environments.
Past Wild at Work webinars are available on the Texas Wildlife Association YouTube channel.
