Wild at Work: A Stewardship Series

Wild at Work: A Stewardship Series is a new webinar series from Texas Wildlife Association which covers all things wildlife and land stewardship. These monthly seminars will feature a variety of guest speakers to address topics of interest from wildlife and habitat management to natural resource policy updates. These free webinars, held during the work week at noon, are a perfect way to learn during your lunch break.

Our next episode of Wild at Work: A Stewardship Series features Mr. Will Newman, a Farm Bill coordinator for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Mr. Newman will be discussing how cattle grazing can be used as a tool for wildlife management. We will also dive into how the 2018 Farm Bill has impacted private landowners, and what the expiration of the Farm Bill means for managers who rely on the financial assistance programs that it provides.
